About the Event
I-Corps South has been delivering it's Instructor Academy program for 4 years teaching numerous instructors on how to effectively teach and coach teams through the Lean Startup Methodology. This pilot program is an opportunity to gain the knowledge behind the traditional Instructor Academy in conjunction with live observation of a national teaching team at an I-Corps Teams cohort kickoff event. The participants will have an opportunity to debrief from the observations and integrate their learnings into their Instructor Academy teaching team simulation practice.
